    Course covers instruction of healthcare providers and
    people in the community and workplace (AHA Heartsaver course)

    Prerequisites for instructor candidate must:
    •   Student Must be a licensed healthcare provider such as: MD, DO, DDS, Chiropractor,
    Pharm. D., RN, LVN, CNA, MA, EMT, Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, Radiology Tech,
    and Phlebotomist. etc..
      
       • Email Instructor Candidate Application along with copies of:
• Your Healthcare provider license.
• Unexpired AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider CPR/AED course completion card.
• AHA Core Instructor Course  course completion certificate at least 2weeks Prior to class.  
•   Bring the original documents to class..
    •   Must pay for the course at least three days prior to class.
    •   Must be able to get down on your knees on the floor and to give proper instruction.
    •   Must give 2 Classes Monitored by Training Center Coordinator; Instructor Candidate must
    receive "Excellent or Satisfactory" evaluation in order to receive their AHA Instructor Card.
    - Candidates are permitted to attend our CPR classes in order to practice & gain confidence.

    Sat & Sun  06/30 & 07/01/2012  @ 10:00AM - 6:00PM
    Books are required. They must be purchased in advance and must be brought to class;
    (Allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery)
    BLS Core Instructor Course must be completed before enrolling in course.
