Replacements & Reprints
If you have lost your certification card or course completion certificate, We can issue you a new one.
Before making a payment make sure you have completed the course through our Training Center with one of our Instructors.
Please call the office to get a confirmation of the issue date of your certification for your replacement request. 310-219-0779
Once you have you have confirmed with one of our staff, you can make a payment through the selections available.
Please make sure to include in the "NOTES TO SELLER", the issue date of your certificate during the checkout.
You may then pick up the reprint at the training center at your convenience.
No refunds will be issued for fees paid for replacement & reprints of cards and certificates.
